I found the reason: it has to do with the & being translated somehow to %26 before the partnerID and/or License ID on line 144 of weather_act.php

I have to find out why this happens..

Heb je al gekeken in de handleiding (hfst 10). Daar staat hoe je het moet doen. En je kunt de andere templates als voorbeeld gebruiken. Misschien dat dit je verder helpt?
